Custom extrusions offer endless opportunities for the end-user. Due of the experience we have gained from dealing with our broad customer base in every industry, we are in a unique position to assist and guide you with our design. We can help you develop the right shape for your particular application.

Brass profile extrusions can be designed and selected for their fabricating properties or their colour properties - or a combination of both.

We produce custom extrusions in various grades of brass. Each shape is priced based on intricacy of design, size, mass per meter and quantity purchased. We will consider any shape that will fit in a 5-inch (127.0 mm) circle.

Our new profile process

1. You provide us with a fully detailed drawing of the desired profile or part and the alloy you wish it to be produced in.

2. Our qualified on site tool and die design team, will analyse the design and suggest any changes that may be required to enable us to extrude it or that can reduce your cost.

3. Once we mutually agreed upon a final, we will quote a price for tooling and material. Tooling cost is a once off charge.

4. If required, we can provide a sample prior to the production run. This allows you to check or test the part to make certain that it works as intended. There is a nominal charge for a pre-production sample.

Size limitations

• Profile to fit in a radius of 120.00 mm
• Thickness of extrusion to be not less than 1.60 mm
